Jason and Medea were the Bonnie and Clyde of ancient Greece – sweeping their way across the western world leaving terror and destruction in their wake, they rode off into the sunset. Unfortunately, happiness was not ever-after for our mythic heroes. Jason seizes the political opportunity to marry the princess of Corinth and take his place in line for Creon’s throne. Medea will not be betrayed by her husband; she is out for vengeance, and she will stop at nothing to make Jason feel her wrath. This production uses music, movement, puppetry and a chorus of players to tell the tale of Medea‘s bloody revenge.
